1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made in advance via email.

Payment is required in full on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods of payment.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

If we are unable to access the property at the agreed time, this will be treated as a late cancellation.
3. Services Provided

We will carry out cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking.

Our cleaners will provide their own products and equipment unless otherwise arranged.

Deep cleaning services (including oven, fridge/freezer, carpet, and upholstery cleaning) may take longer than standard cleaning and will be priced separately.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.

The property should have running water and electricity available.
-
Valuables and fragile items should be safely stored prior to cleaning.
5. Liability & Insurance

The Cosy Clean Company holds valid Public Liability Insurance. In the unlikely event of accidental damage or injury, our liability is limited to the terms of our insurance policy.

While we take the utmost care, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects in items or surfaces cleaned.

We are not responsible for damage caused by poor condition, faulty materials, or incorrect installation of household fixtures.

Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the service being completed.
6. Health & Safety

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to clean areas deemed unsafe, such as high exterior windows or hazardous environments.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if a property is deemed unsafe for our staff.
7. Changes to Terms

The Cosy Clean Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be made available on our website/business page.
